About the Founder

In 2015, Austin Gilbert founded Stratdel to fill the need for highly qualified project and program management delivery. Throughout his two decades of experience as a project leader in strategic marketing, supply chain, business development and operations – across IT, oil and gas, professional services and more, Austin has used a results-driven approach to help his clients achieve success. And since its creation, Stratdel has become a reliable partner for organizations looking to contract seasoned consultants who can hit the ground running, meet defined goals, and communicate well during the process.

Prior to founding Stratdel, Austin was a high performing program manager in the downstream division at Shell Oil and helped the company to successfully deliver on their most important initiatives. Specializing in the management of multiple work streams, he was considered a trusted leader and valued for his ability to deliver on time and on budget while keeping a pulse on communications and executions on a day-to-day basis.

Austin earned an M.B.A. from Tulane University, Freeman School of Business in 2013, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. In his downtime, Austin enjoys traveling, the outdoors, spending time with his wife and young son, and feeding his lifelong passion for horses.
